What is AVANTERRO?

AVANTERRO is a cloud-based system (SaaS) that combines reservations, invoicing, inventory, CRM, attendance, and payroll into a single application. It is designed for service companies — auto repair shops, salons, wellness, rentals, hotels, and other establishments where you need to plan resources and bill clients.

For which industries is AVANTERRO suitable?

It is most frequently used by car and tire repair shops, hair salons and barbershops, beauty and nail studios, wellness and spas, rental services (cars, bikes, SUPs), hotels and guest houses, field service companies (plumbers, electricians, cleaning), sports centers, and photographers. If you plan resources, manage customers, and issue invoices, AVANTERRO will suit you.

How does AVANTERRO differ from Reservio, Booksy, or Fresha?

Reservio, Booksy, and Fresha are primarily reservation applications. AVANTERRO additionally features invoicing with QR payments, inventory management, attendance and payroll, multi-currency finance, custom email templates, and webhook integrations. One application instead of five.

How much does AVANTERRO cost?

The START plan is free (14 days of full access, then basic functions for free). The PRO plan starts from a few hundred CZK per month for the first user and is charged for additional team members. ENTERPRISE is customized. You can see exact prices in the Pricing section above.

How long is the free trial period?

14 days of full access to all features. No credit card required. The system will not automatically transition into a paid plan — you decide.

Can I cancel AVANTERRO at any time?

Yes, with one click in the settings. No notice periods, no questionnaires. Data remains available for another 60 days for export to CSV, Excel, or PDF.

How is VAT calculated?

For companies in the Czech Republic, 21% VAT is added to the price. For EU companies with a valid VAT ID, 0% is charged (Reverse Charge). For non-EU countries, the price is without VAT. Everything is calculated automatically when purchasing through Paddle.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Servers are located in the Hetzner data center in Germany (GDPR zone), and data is regularly backed up and encrypted. Each company has its own isolated space — other accounts cannot see your data. Access is protected by authentication and granular permissions.

Is AVANTERRO GDPR compliant?

Yes. We process data according to GDPR, store it in the EU, and have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available for B2B clients. Every user has the right to access, correction, erasure, and portability of their data.

How quickly can AVANTERRO be launched?

Basic setup takes 10–15 minutes: registration, adding branches, services, and employees. You can handle the import of existing customers from CSV in just a few more minutes. No IT, no migration, no installation.

Does AVANTERRO work on mobile?

Yes, it is a web application optimized for mobile. You can open it in a browser on any device (iPhone, Android, tablet, laptop). You do not need a separate mobile application.

In what languages does AVANTERRO work?

AVANTERRO works in 31 languages including Czech, Slovak, English, German, Polish, Hungarian, French, Spanish, Italian, and others. Each user selects their language independently of others.
